b.) Payments past due three (3) days are subject to a late fee, No exceptions.
c.) Paypal, Moneybookers and Bank Transfer are only accepted payment method.
d.) Chargebacks - Anyone responsible for a chargeback under any circumstances will have their account suspended immediateley.
Consequences of the revocation:
Each party shall return the received services; the compensation for capitalised use (if any) shall be reimbursed/returned. If you can't return the received services or only in bad state, you will have to pay compensation for lost value.
